Recurring janitorial cleaning, floor & carpet care, exterior cleaning (windows, façade, awning), post-construction cleanup, and one-time / emergency cleaning across the Greater Seattle Area. We can customize any service — just ask.

What types of facilities do you clean?

Offices and coworking, medical and dental practices, retail and showrooms, industrial and warehouse spaces, schools and childcare, and multi-tenant or HOA buildings. If you operate a commercial space, we likely service it.

Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?

Yes — absolutely. Every team member is bonded, insured, and background-checked. Our hiring process includes background checks, reference checks, and in-person interviews before anyone joins the team. Certificates of insurance are available on request before your first visit.

How quickly can you start?

How do I get a quote?

How do you price recurring janitorial work?

Flat monthly pricing tied to a written, room-by-room scope of work. No hidden line items, no surprise per-trip charges. Adjustments to scope (added rooms, frequency changes) are documented and quoted before they take effect.

Are there any contracts or commitments?

For recurring engagements we use a simple service agreement, not a long-term lock-in contract. You can cancel any time with 30 days notice. One-time work has no contract at all.

Can we change or pause our schedule?

Of course. Reschedule, skip, or pause anytime by phone or message. We'll work with you to find a time that fits your operations.

Can you clean during off-hours or weekends?

Yes. We schedule around your business — pre-open, post-close, weekends, overnight. Most of our recurring janitorial work happens after hours so cleaning stays invisible to your team and customers.

During the visit

Do you provide supplies and equipment?

By default, yes — we bring eco-friendly products, vacuums, floor equipment, PPE, and all consumables. If you'd prefer we use your supplies (some clients require this for finish or compliance reasons), we'll happily switch.

Will the same crew clean our facility every visit?

Yes — for recurring clients we match you with a consistent crew whenever possible. Continuity is a core part of how we deliver consistent results visit after visit.

How do you handle keys, codes, and security?

Access info is logged in our system and used only by your assigned crew. We follow your security protocols (alarms, badges, visitor logs) and document everything. Lost or compromised keys are replaced at our expense.

Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean any areas that didn't meet your expectations — at no charge. That's our 100% satisfaction guarantee.

How do you maintain quality on recurring engagements?

Documented room-by-room scopes, supervisor walkthroughs on a regular cadence, and a direct line to your account manager. We close the loop on issues before they become complaints.

Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes. We default to eco-friendly products that are safe for staff, tenants, and visitors. Stronger products are available for specific tasks like deep grout cleaning, post-construction, or biohazard remediation.

Do you do one-time cleans?

Yes — pre-event, post-event, deep cleans, tenant turnover, post-construction, and trial cleans before signing a recurring contract are all welcome.

Do you handle emergency or after-hours calls?

Yes. For active emergencies (water damage, biohazard, sewage backup), call 253-327-3242 directly — we route emergency calls to dispatch so we can mobilize as fast as logistics allow.

Do you service multi-site portfolios?

Yes. We can consolidate cleaning across multiple buildings into one schedule, one point of contact, and one invoice cycle. We'll do a free walkthrough at every building before quoting.
